MKE Week 8: Your Absolute Power

A Night To Remember

Tina Lifford is the author of The Little Book of Big Lies: A Journey into Inner Fitness told me this story.

In the early 1990s, one fateful night while hanging out on the Santa Monica Pier with my friend Nirvana, a doorway to my Self opened and remains opened and thriving to this day.

Nirvana and I were walking past a shop, and I was drawn to a provocative poster in the window of the actress Nastassja Kinski lying nude and intertwined with a Burmese python. I gazed at it for maybe five minutes, locked in on every component of its composition.

The proximity of the snake’s tongue to Kinski’s ear made me stick my baby finger in my left ear and wiggle free of the willies that had crawled in.

That’s when I noticed that a small crowd had gathered in front of another poster. One of the gazers asked the friend she was with, “Can you see it?”

Everyone was tilting his or her head from one side to the other, clearly trying to find the “right” position. Another person excitedly said, “I see it!” Then another said, “I’m in!”

I asked Nirvana, “What are they looking at?”

He explained that “hidden” in the 2-D poster of a Paris street scene was a detailed 3-D experience of the same scene. If you looked at the poster long enough, from the right perspective, the flat, 2-D image literally “popped” into an intricate 3-D image.

After I had spent a few minutes tilting my head from one side to the other, grumbling, he reassured me, “It’s there. Keep looking. I saw it.”

I returned to the poster with fierce focus . . . nothing. I moved closer, hoping that would help me see what some of the others could see. Nothing. I backed away from it . . . still nothing. I was determined to stand there looking at that poster FOREVER if I had to.

Then it happened. Suddenly, the 3-D world popped into view for a second or two, long enough for me to know that what the others were saying was true.

I planted my feet and looked at the poster again. I surrendered to the idea that seeing the image was possible without me knowing how to make it happen. As I studied it, I had no doubt about the intricate world that was hidden in that piece of paper. I knew it was real. I looked at the Paris scene, knowing it would become three-dimensional. And it did.

I don’t remember my drive home. I was inside the world of that 3-D poster, walking its streets past shops and turning down corners. I was mesmerized by how detailed the 3-D version of the poster was and how one minute it was there, and the next second it had vanished from view and become a simple flat poster again.

Each time I had lost sight of the 3-D perception, it took a while for me to find my way back in. But each reentry took less time, and I could see the 3-D scene longer.

Seeing the 3-D image was, in part, due to a shift in my perception of the poster. From the moment I heard other people talking about something I could not see, my perception of life in general widened. I believed in a world I couldn’t see. And I trusted my ability to enter it.

The more glimpses I caught of that 3-D world, the more I looked for it and expected to see it. I became so committed to the 3-D image that I could not look at the poster as I had before. I knew it did not represent the whole truth. It was limited.

Of course, this is a metaphor for spiritual awakening. Spiritual teachers throughout the ages tell us there’s a bigger reality behind the world we see and that our problems and challenges are a matter of perception. Shift our perception, and we can change our world.

I began to see my sacred torture – my oldest most challenging personal issue – like I saw the 2-D poster…present, but not the truth.

I realized that my sacred torture had conditioned me to see myself in a two-dimensional way. I had come to expect, and make room for, the fear or discomfort associated with it: feeling a certain anxiety, or queasiness in the stomach, or other stress somewhere else in my body. I was living my life trapped in a 2-D image of myself, constantly surviving the disquiet that my sacred torture caused, letting it dictate when and with whom I felt safe.

On that pier, I was introduced to the idea of my thriving Self that was inside me waiting to be seen. However, to get to know this Self, I would have to challenge my 2-D vision of my Self.

That night I put my sacred torture on notice that I was ready to believe in a reality greater than it. I began to look at the old torture, fully expecting it to transform. And from that point forward, I practiced my resolve over and over again. I made a pact with my Self that whenever I started to forget that I am more powerful than my challenges, something would happen to remind me . . . and something always has.

This made me feel like the universe was listening to me and had my back. I got into the habit of no longer seeing my challenges and fears as fixed “forever” states. When the habit of thinking in my old way surfaced, I would shake my head “no” and correct my thinking.

Over time I began to see my challenges as overindulged thoughts in need of discipline. I began to give those old challenges less attention. Instead, I allowed myself to contemplate freedom from any burden.

A therapist once told me when something is chasing us in a dream, we should stop, turn around, and look at what is pursuing us. This advice is counterintuitive to how we usually deal with threatening things. We run. But when we can stop and let all the feelings we are running from catch up to us, this bold action dissolves the scary picture, changes the perspective, and drains the power out of the things we run from.

Seeing the poster image change from 2-D to 3-D taught me that a shift in perspective regarding any issue is possible.

Your sacred torture is a lie. Dismantling it is possible. Deconstruction starts with being courageous and remembering who you are.

Get to know Self through your imagination and visualization. Stand in front of your burdens, centered in your Self, and tell your small surviving self the truth: I am bigger than your small idea of me. I expect freedom. I will stand here for as long as it takes.

Your Hidden Power of Imagination

The Power Of Imagination: Ask, and Ye Shall Receive! - Project Yourself

According to the Master Key Experience imagination and visualization is when we form mental pictures of a future desired result, invention, business concept, service, organization, movement, etc.

Every great person has used the faculty of imagination and and visualization harnessed its power to accomplish what they desire. Imagination and visualization are two of the critical success factors in life, yet, sadly they often goes untapped for many of us.

The Power of Imagination. A fertile imagination is the source of all creative thinking, which is even more important than knowledge. It’s one of the main reasons why most people don’t succeed– they haven’t learned to use their creative potential.

The Power of Imagination reveals the part of spiritual life that is often shunned or closeted away because it may seem New Age or too unconventional. On the contrary, when believers use their imaginations to see beyond current circumstances into the realm where God paints pictures in their minds, healings are commonplace, goals are accomplished, dreams come true, and victories are celebrated!

According to the Master Key Experience the Power of Imagination is a way of being in the world that sets forces in motion that are FAR more powerful and productive than doing alone. Power by force is a very limited form of power. This is what “physical doing” is. Not that action isn’t required for producing results in life.

Imagination is one of the most powerful of all vibrations of Energy in the Universe. When considering imagination it must never be confused with mere fantasy, unreal thoughts or simply as a “figment of the imagination”, but rather as an extremely powerful, natural, God given ability that every single human being without any exception possesses.

According to the Master Key Experience the imagination is a powerful means for communicating truths about God, and so God shows an awesome regard for the imagination in His word. Because we are called to creativity, a working, gut-level understanding of the imagination is vital. It can be our greatest strength or our greatest weakness.

Imagination is the ability to develop a mental image of something that is not perceived through the five senses. It is the ability of the mind to build mental scenarios, objects or events that do not really exist or are not present, or have happened in the past.

The Master Key System

The Master Key System has been teaching me ways to develop getting to know my true self. According to the Master Key System imagination is the constructive form of thought which must precede every constructive form of action.

  • A builder cannot build a structure of any kind until he has first received the plans from the architect, and the architect must get them from his imagination
  • The Captain of Industry cannot build a giant corporation which may coordinate hundreds of smaller corporations and thousands of employees, and utilize millions of dollars of capital until he has first created the entire work in his imagination.
  • Objects in the material world are as clay in the potter’s hand; it is in the Master Mind that the real things are created, and it is by the use of the imagination the work is done. In order to cultivate the imagination it must be exercised. Exercise is necessary to cultivate mental muscle as well as physical muscle. It must be supplied with nourishment or it cannot grow.
  • It is the few who know that the things which they see are only effects, and understand the causes by which these effects were brought into existence.

How did the battleship come to be where it is?

Naval Expert: The USS Missouri Was the Most Dangerous Battleship Ever | The National Interest

Take the same position as heretofore and visualize a Battleship; see the grim
monster floating on the surface of the water; there appears to be no life anywhere about; all is silence; you know that by far the largest part of the vessel is under water; out of sight; you know that the ship is as large and as heavy as a twenty-story skyscraper; you know that there are hundreds of men ready to spring to their appointed task instantly; you know that every department is in charge of able, trained, skilled officials who have proven themselves competent to take charge of this marvelous piece of mechanism; you know that although it lies apparently oblivious to everything else, it has eyes which see everything for miles around, and nothing is permitted to escape its watchful vision; you know that while it appears quiet, submissive and innocent, it is prepared to hurl a steel projectile weighing thousands of pounds at an enemy many miles away; this and much more you can bring to mind with comparatively no effort whatever.

How did the battleship come to be created?

Battleship Missouri (BB-63) - World of Warships - Cobi toys: internet shop

How did it come into existence in the first place?

All of this you want to know if you are a careful observer. Follow the great steel plates through the foundries, see the thousands of men employed in their production; go still further back, and see the ore as it comes from the mine, see it loaded on barges or cars, see it melted and properly treated.

Go back still further.

See the architect and engineers who planned the vessel; let the thought carry you back still further in order to determine why they planneg the vessel; you will see that you are now so far back that the vessel is something intangible, it no longer exists, it is now only a thought existing in the brain of the architect; but from where did the order come to plan the vessel?

Probably from the Secretary of Defense; but probably this vessel was planned long before the war was thought of, and that Congress had to pass a bill appropriating the money; possibly there was opposition, and speeches for or against the bill.

Whom do these Congressmen represent? They represent you and me, so that our line of thought begins with the Battleship and ends with ourselves, and we find in the last analysis that our own thought is responsible for this and many other things, of which we seldom think, and a little further reflection will develop the most important fact of all and that is, if someone had not discovered the law by which this tremendous mass of steel and iron could be made to float upon the water, instead of immediately going to the bottom, the battleship could not have come into existence at all.

This law is that, “the specific gravity of any substance is the weight of any
volume of it, compared with an equal volume of water.” The discovery of this lawrevolutionized every kind of ocean travel, commerce and warfare, and made the existence of the battleship, aircraft carriers, and cruise ships possible.

You will find exercises of this kind invaluable.

When the thought has been trained to look below the surface everything takes on a different appearance, the insignificant becomes significant, the uninteresting interesting; the things which we supposed to be of no importance are seen to be the only really vital things in existence.

MKE: Movie Poster-Vision Board

How to Frame Movie Posters | Frame Destination

The purpose of our movie poster-vision board is to keep our subconscious interested in our future life movie. It serves to create a life movie trailer we are doing to contract our subconscious mind. The poster creates in our life what we want.

A movie poster, vision board, or a dream board, is essentially a physical manifestation of my goals. It is also one of the best ways how to put the Law of Attraction into practice. Creating a vision board is more than merely cutting out magazine pictures, putting together beautiful collages, and hoping for the best.

Vision boarding is a great way to get clear on your goals and motivate yourself to bring them to life. Vision boards have become hugely popular, helped by celebrities who swear by them. So popular that these days, there are even NYE vision board parties being organized.

Whether you end up making yours together with friends or by yourself, it can be a fun activity that has a big potential to shape your life and attract your greatest desires.

A vision board, or a dream board, is essentially a physical manifestation of your goals. It is also one of the best ways how to put the Law of Attraction into practice.

In the Master Key Experience is a vision board of my Definite Major Purpose and my Personal Needs.

1      How Does a Movie Poster or Vision Board Work?

Whether creating one or several boards, the limited space forces you to focus on your most treasured desires. You should first identify your desires. Then select images that represent those desires. The simple selection process narrows down your focus and personalizes your board with specific messages that matter to you.

2. The power of visualization
Without a doubt, it is the visual aspect of a vision board that really drives home your desires and sends a very clear message. The Master Key Experience says to understand why visualizing your desires is so powerful, we need to take a look at the brain.

Our brain is an incredible machine that is geared toward making us successful with every action we take. It trains our bodies to prepare for action — when we imagine ourselves preparing for an activity, our brains actually run through the process and send signals to the rest of our body to complete the action.

Visualization is nearly as powerful as performing the action. When you visualize yourself living in your dream home, your brain trains your body for that reality.

In fact, in one neuropsychology study, researchers found that the mental training of the physical exercise was almost as effective as the actual physical practice.

3. The power of consistency
Whether attempting to learn a new skill or create a new habit, consistency is the key. We are wired for repetition. You might have heard of the saying ‘Neurons that fire together, wire together.’ Every time we repeat an action, activated neurons build a stronger connection, which explains how any skill can become automatic.

It is not enough to just create a board and leave it to gather dust in your closet. By placing it in a spot you see daily, you create the opportunity for consistent visualization to train your mind, body, and spirit to manifest your desires. The most time-consuming part is the initial creation. After that, the consistency in the visualization happens every time you purposefully look at it.

4. How and why to make a vision board?

  • Vision boards work because they keep your desires in the forefront of your mind. The idea is that once you create your vision board, you will put in a place where you can see it every day, and thus be consistently inspired.

5. Why is it important to have a vision board?

  • A vision board is something that you should absolutely use for creating a conscious life. It is an important tool for the visioning process. When activated alongside aligned actions, your vision board leverages on the Law of Attraction to propel your dreams forward.

6. What to include in a vision board?

  • Vision boards can include lists of gratitude, your bucket lists, motivational song lists, support system lists, and books to read for achieving the vision. List core practices or ideas, which help you step into the reality of your vision.
  • It can include Your values, Career goals, Family life, Love life, Health & Wellness, How you spend your free time, What you want to learn or how you want to grow, or…

7 Create your vision board

Let your creative power shine. It is up to you whether your board is simple and literal or complicated and metaphorical. Cut out your images and tell a story or create a collage of images that speak to you.

What matters is that the images mirror your desiresWhen you look at the board images, you should feel a strong positive connection to those desires.

Take time to cut your images out. Sit with them for a moment before you attach them to your board. Feel the desire running through your body. Notice the emotions that arise when you are thinking of that image and the desires that it conjures.

See yourself getting what you want and feel the happiness radiating from it. Whatever you are feeling in this moment is exactly what you want to experience every time you look at your vision board.

The poster or vision board as show below plays a vital role in manifestating what we want. It is used as a preview of the result we want in our lives by 2023. With the it we want to quickly capture attention of our subconscious mind. It is not to be art but a way to maximise our subconscious results.

Our poster is used to promote and advertise to us about our future life. It is primarily intended to persuade our subconscious to produce the results on the poster or vision board. It allows our conscious mind to send a continuous message in our subconscious mind of what we want.

My Definiteness of Purpose (DMP)

I promise to work and manifest these things in my Definate Major Purpose by 2023.

Earn $2 million in Additional cash and assets by 2023

I chose a green triangle and other pictures because I wanted to add as much visual effect here. I included several powerful images to really accentuate my DMP.   Definately had to include a visual of a $2,000,000 cash and other things as a better visual motivation.  WOW!

Make $56,000 to $560,000 with Each of My Team Members.

I chose the blue rectangle to represent Helping Others in my DMP because I think of blue being a color of passion, comfort, peace, and love. To me that seems fitting when referring to serving other people.  Every time I see blue or rectangles I will be reminded of my personal pivotal need to help others.

It was also important to include people holding hands because it represents my Definiteness of Purpose (DMP) . . . or Dharma.  Our DMP is the path to our bliss to live life on purpose with purpose to fufill our Divine purpose.

My Definiteness of Purpose (DMP) is to help members on our Team get:

It was also important to include a goals list because it represents my Definiteness of Purpose (DMP) . . . or Dharma.  My DMP is the path to our health, bliss to live life on purpose true health.

Our Definiteness of Purpose (DMP) subconscious produces true health for us. We make healthy choices 24-7-365. We work out daily for 2 hours. We use my health and wellness knowledge from Taekwondo and products to feel and stay healthy, happy, and terrific all the days of our life. MKE Week 7: Your Invisible Power

[1]: Using of your invisible power!

MKE guided us through the use of our Invisible Power, teaching us how to manifest the things in life that we want by using our Invisible Power and making our dreams to come.

Your Invisible Power is a powerful, yet simple and easy. “We all possess more power and greater possibilities than we realize, and visualizing is one of the greatest of these powers.

In Your Invisible Power and How to Use It, Master Key System guides you through the use of visualization. Teaching you how to manifest the things in life that you want by visualizing them and making them come to you. This power of thinking has revolutionized how we look at the world.

In your effort to possess what you want you will discover that the thing you most and ultimately need is to “Be,” always (not spasmodically) your best self – that self which understands that the mistakes of those you love are simply misunderstandings.

Life Lessons: How powerful is our subconscious? - Quora

This power of thinking has revolutionized how we look at the world.

According to the Master Key System, one method of consciously utilizing your Invisible Omnipotent Power consists of 6 steps:

Step: 1: The first step is idealization. It is likewise the most important step, because it is the plan on which you are going to build. It must be solid; it must be permanent.

The architect, when he plans a 30-story building, has every line and detail pictured in advance. The engineer, when he spans a chasm, first ascertains the strength requirements of a million separate parts.

6. They see the end before a single step is taken; so, you are to picture in your mind what you want; you are sowing the seed, but before sowing any seed you want to know what the harvest is to be. This is Idealization. If you are not sure, return to the chair daily until the picture becomes plain; it will gradually unfold; first the general plan will be dim, but it will take shape, the outline will take form, then the details, and you will gradually develop the power by which you will be enabled to formulate plans which will eventually materialize in the objective world. You will come to know what the future holds for you.

STEP 2: Then comes the process of visualization. You must see the picture more and more complete, see the detail, and, as the details begin to unfold the ways and means for bringing it into manifestation will develop. One thing will lead to another.

Thought will lead to action, action will develop methods, methods will develop friends, and friends will bring about circumstances, and, finally, the third step, or Materialization will have been accomplished.

Step: 3: Make the Mental Image; make it clear, distinct, perfect; hold it firmly; the ways and means will develop; supply will follow the demand; you will be led to do the right thing at the right time and in the right way. Earnest Desire will bring about Confident Expectation, and this in turn must be reinforced by Firm Demand.

These three cannot fail to bring about Attainment, because the Earnest Desire isthe feeling, the Confident Expectation is the thought, and the Firm Demand is the will, and, as we have seen, feeling gives vitality to thought and the will holds it steadily until the law of Growth brings it into manifestation.

Step: 4: There are many who have come to an understanding of this wonderful power, and who make serious and conscientious efforts to realize health, power and other conditions, and seem to fail. They do not seem able to bring the Law into operation. The difficulty in nearly every case is that they are dealing with externals. They want money, power, health, and abundance, but they fail to realizethat these are effects and can come only when the cause is found.

Step 5: Those who will give no attention to the world without will seek only to ascertain the truth, will look only for wisdom, will find that this wisdom will unfold and disclose the source of all power, that it will manifest in thought and purpose which will create the external conditions desired. This truth will find expression in noble purpose and courageous action.

Step 6: What, then, is the correct principle? Concentrate on the things you want, not on the things you do not want. Think of abundance; idealize the methods and plans for putting the Law of Abundance into operation. Visualize the condition which the Law of Abundance creates; this will result in manifestation.

The Master Key system told me I am a powerful creator. I can manifest my dreams by creating a vision for my life and deliberately choosing beliefs, feelings and actions that support my vision.

The Master Key system told me if I need inspiration to use My Invisable Power. It told me there are some powerful ways to manifest my desires. It all starts with:

1. Adopting an attitude of gratitude.

When I am living in a state of gratitude and appreciation for all of the blessings in my life, I am sending a clear signal to the Universe that I have everything that I desire. This in turn will attract more of my desires into my life because my world is a reflection of me.

2. Visualize living your dreams with feeling.

MKE told me in accordance with the Master Key System to spend five-fifteen minutes a day visualizing myself living my dream life in as much detail as possible. Where am I? Who am I with? What I am doing? What can I see, smell, hear, taste and touch? Focus on the sensations and feelings and make them as real as possible.

3. Creating a new identity.

MKE told me to imagine for a moment that I already had what I desire. How I would act? How I would talk? How I would walk, think, feel, dress and make decisions? Create a clear picture of ME 2.0 and act as if I am this person throughout my day, until it becomes my natural state of being.

4. Cleaning up your clutter.

MKE told me when I am holding onto the old me I am not making room for the new in my life. Let go of anything that no longer serves me or does not help me to feel my best.

5. Physically preparing for your dreams to arrive.

If I truly expected my dreams to occur, what would I be doing to prepare? Do that now. If I want to attract a romantic partner, buy a spare toothbrush. If I want to attract new clients, block off time in your calendar. If you want to attract financial abundance, get My bank accounts and finances well organized so I can easily handle any new income.

6. Asking for divine guidance.

MKE told me my soul or higher self can see beyond what my physical self and rational mind can see. Surrender control and begin to pray and ask for daily guidance to move me in the direction of my goals and dreams.

7. Letting go of attachment to outcomes.

There are an infinite number of ways my desires can manifest in my life. Rather than getting too attached to one specific dating partner, job, house or opportunity, cultivate an open mind and an unwavering sense of trust in the unfolding of my dreams.

8. Following my intuition.

MKE told me whenever I get an intuitive hit to create a new project, go to the beach, call a friend or attend an event, trust in that guidance and take action on it. When it comes to manifesting my dreams, I need to meet the Universe halfway by moving towards them.

9. Feeling good now.

Instead of putting my happiness on hold until I create the life I want, learn to feel good and appreciate my life now. Make a list of things that brings me joy — like dancing, yoga, time in nature, cooking or reading — and schedule them into my week. Happiness is a way of living and thinking, not a destination.

10. Living in the present moment.

If I am constantly reliving the past or worrying about the future, I will literally miss out on seeing and experiencing the beauty, blessings and miracles all around me. Touch base with the present moment by noticing the sights, sounds and smells around me.

11. Writing a dreams journal.

MKE told me write about my dream day in the past tense as if it had just unfolded. Describe in great detail all of the amazing things that unfolded and how happy and grateful it made me feel.

12. Celebrating wins.

Don’t get so focused on my next big dream that I forget to take note of all of the wonderful things that are currently unfolding. Celebrate my daily wins big and small.

13. Using affirmations with feeling.

MKE told me affirmations are a powerful tool to reprogram my subconscious mind and attract what I desire. Write a list of empowering beliefs that I want to have, such as: I am enough. I am powerful. I am loved. I am financially secure. I am divinely guided and inspired. I am complete and beautiful exactly as I am. Make sure I feel them as I say them. Feeling is the secret ingredient.

14. Exercising imagination.

As a child, my imagination was wild and free! But I may have lost touch with this powerful and innate gift. Reactive my imagination more by asking myself questions each morning like: What is the most outrageously amazingly awesome thing that could happen to me today? What would I love to happen today? How can I give to the world today?

15. Finding ways to live my dreams and purpose today.

MKE told me the more I can feel like I am living my dreams today, the faster they will manifest in my life. So find small ways to begin living my dreams today. If I dream of finding love, take myself on solo dates and find ways to compliment myself. If I dream of having financial abundance, wear my best clothes and take care of my belongings. If I dream of travelling, explore my own city and try new activities. All of these small actions will begin to create a new feeling and vibration inside of me, which will in turn attract opportunities for the fulfilment of my dreams.

The Master Key System guided us through the use of the ideas of Idealization, Visualization, Action and Materialization. It taught us how to manifest the things in life that we want systematically. Making them come to us. This power of creative thinking has revolutionized how we look at the world.

The Master Key System says in Part 7 that through all the ages man has believed in an invisible power, through which and by which all things have been created and are continually being re-created.

The Master Key System says, “We may personalize this power and call it God, or we may think of it as the essence or spirit, which permeates all things, but in either case the effect is the same.

To use your invisible power requires a person use the ideas of Idealization, Visualization, Action and Materialization,

  1. The first step is idealization. It is likewise the most important step, because it is the plan on which you are going to build. It must be solid; it must be permanent. One thing will lead to another. Visualization: Make the pattern clear and make it beautiful; construct it in your imagination; it will have to be there before it will ever appear anywhere else. Make the image clear and clean-cut, hold it firmly in the mind and you will gradually and constantly bring the thing nearer to you. You can be what “you will to be.” This is another psychological fact which is well known, but unfortunately, reading about it will not bring about any result which you may have in mind; it will not even help you to form the mental image, much less bring it into manifestation.

Work is necessary – labor, hard mental labor, the kind of effort which so few are willing to put forth.

Thought will lead to action, action will develop methods, methods will develop friends, and friends will bring about circumstances, and,

  • Finally, the third step, or Materialization: We will have accomplished what we desire.

[2]: My Invisible Power Steps

According to the Master Key System to utilize my Invisible Power, I must first PLAN or idealize what I want. I need to think about it and form it. Similar to an inventor of something new. Henry Ford actually idealized his motorcar, pictured it in his mind and planed it before he began building it?

Once I have my idea planned out, I then visualize every detail of it. I concentrate, really concentrate, and then the method of getting it will unfold itself to me. This is where the mental hard work is.

Repetition and repetition every day. This will bring about the manifestation of what I most want or desire. Demanding of myself concentration and feelings about what I desire is all I have to do to manifest it or bring forth into my new life. [3]: MKE taught us the Ways to understand our Learning Intelligence Modelities

Dr. Howard Gardner developed a theory where we have nine multiple intelligences. The theory of multiple intelligences differentiates human intelligence into specific ‘modalities’ so we can understand our Invisible Power.

Knowingly applying these ‘modalities’ helps us communication with our subconscious. The Multiple intelligences theory helps explain how we can be so good in one area of expertise, and yet so poor in another. The Nine modalities of learning are:

1) Verbal-linguistic intelligence (“word smart”)

Verbal-linguistic: demonstrates strong verbal communication, advanced vocabulary, etc.  People with high verbal-linguistic intelligence display a facility with words and languages. They are typically good at reading, writing, telling stories and memorizing words along with dates.

2) Logical-mathematical intelligence (“number/reasoning/logic smart”)

Logical-mathematical: understands logical and numerical patterns as well as abstract concepts. This area has to do with logic, abstractions, reasoning, numbers, and critical thinking. This also has to do with having the capacity to understand the underlying principles of some kind of causal system

3) Visual-spatial intelligence (“picture smart”)

Spatial-visual:visualizes accurately and uses abstract information to picture the information in one’s head.  This area deals with spatial judgment and the ability to visualize with the mind’s eye.

4) Bodily-Kinesthetic intelligence (“body physical experience smart”)

Bodily-kinesthetic:skillfully uses and controls the body and objects. The core elements of the bodily-kinesthetic intelligence are control of one’s bodily motions and the capacity to handle objects skillfully. Gardner elaborates to say that this also includes a sense of timing, a clear sense of the goal of a physical action, along with the ability to train responses.

5) Musical-rhythmic and harmonic intelligence (“music smart”)

Musical:produces rhythm and pitch and appreciates musical values. This area has to do with sensitivity to sounds, rhythms, tones, and music. People with a high musical intelligence normally have good pitch and may even have absolute pitch, and are able to sing, play musical instruments, and compose music. They have sensitivity to rhythm, pitch, meter, tone, melody, or timbre.

6) Interpersonal intelligence (“people smart or a social experience”)

Interpersonal: responds appropriately to others by understanding social cues, motivations, and moods.  In theory, individuals who have high interpersonal intelligence are characterized by their sensitivity to others’ moods, feelings, temperaments, motivations, and their ability to cooperate in order to work as part of a group. Those with high interpersonal intelligence communicate effectively and empathize easily with others and may be either leaders or followers.

7) Intrapersonal intelligence (“self-refection smart”)

Intrapersonal: aware of one’s own feelings, values and thinking processes. This area has to do with introspective and self-reflective capacities. This refers to having a deep understanding of the self; what one’s strengths or weaknesses are, what makes one unique, being able to predict one’s own reactions or emotions.

8) Naturalist intelligence (“nature smart- an experience in the natural world”)

Naturalist: identifies and categorizes animals, plants, and other aspects of nature

9) Existential: contemplates deep questions about human existence, including the purpose of life, how we came to be, etc.

We are all going to resonate with different ones of the nine ways of learning to use your Invisible Power. Applying these ‘modalities’ we experience faster learning and retention. That is what the Master Key Experience is encouraging us to do. This also helps in our communication with the subconscious. This is brilliant and is working very well with reprogramming my subconscious.

Learning about Gardner’s nine types of intelligence helps students start to see they each have a unique set of capabilities and skills. In school, we tend to focus primarily on verbal-linguistic and logical-mathematical intelligence, but many students are highly skilled/intelligent in other ways.

[4]: We took the 7 Day Mental Diet.

We have been asked to have no negative thoughts for a full 7 days, if I have a negative thought and don’t catch it in time, I have 7 seconds to restart the challenge back to day 1.

The most challenging assignment is THE SEVEN DAY MENTAL DIET.  For seven days I must not allow myself to dwell for a single moment on any kind of negative thought.  The most exhausting form of army gymnastics combined with thirty-mile route-marches, would be mild in comparison with this undertaking.
