For some, a successful career in life is measured by a fulfilling or lucrative career. Others, Feel that a successful life is one that makes a lasting impact on the world or local community. Successful people use their skills, knowledge and positive mindset to set and achieve goals that match their definition of success and happiness.

If your goal is to become successful in your career and life, the first thing you should do is ask yourself what success really means to you. Is it a dollar amount in your bank account or a job title? Or does it mean that you have more freedom or that you work in a place where your ideas are valued.
