Manifestation is formed on the basis that your thoughts, beliefs, words, and actions have power.  You are probably a little hopeful but also skeptical that your dreams could come true so easily.

Master Key Week 24 is the final lesson of the Master Key System course.

Herein are some Master Key System guidelines to Manifest Anything You Want—Including Love or Money.

The first step is getting clear about what you truly want. 

The Universe cannot help you if you are flipping back and forth between life goals and mindlessly sifting through all the countless options out there. You have to quiet the mind and find that elusive answer within.

To manifest something, you must know what you desire. That means you must get very clear on the specifics, detailing the features as if your manifestation is tailor made for you.

You are a powerful cocreator and you can manifest your dreams by creating a vision for your life and deliberately choosing beliefs, feelings and actions that support that vision.

The Master Key System tells us you can get out of life exactly what you wish by first putting into life that which you wish. You Cannot Do Something Until You THINK About Doing It!

Thought is almost overwhelming, so vast, so available, so definite, so reasonable and so usable.  The fruit of this knowledge of thought and Law of Mind is a gift of the Gods. It is the “truth” that makes men free, not only free from every lack and limitation, but free from sorrow, worry and care.

The Master Key System tells us the Law of Mind is no respecter of persons, that it makes no difference what your habit of thought may be, or the way has been prepared.

An understanding of this principle is the secret for which the ancient Alchemists vainly sought because it explains how gold in the mind may be transmuted into gold in the heart and in the hand.

The Master Key System focuses on the Law of Vibration and Laws of Mind.   

The Law of Vibration states that anything that exists in our universe, whether seen or unseen, broken down into and analyzed in its purest and most basic form, consists of pure energy or light which resonates and exists as a vibratory frequency or pattern.

The Law of Vibration is also an immutable law. Nothing could be changed or added. The Law of Vibration states that everything in the Universe moves and vibrates – everything is vibrating at one speed or another. Nothing rests. Everything you see around you is vibrating at one frequency or another, and so are you.

The Law of Vibration is simply the idea that everything exists, fundamentally, as vibration. This concept is firmly supported by quantum physics.

• Everything is energy.
• Your thoughts, beliefs, and emotions create your vibration.
• When you change your vibration, you change your results.

Everything Is Energy: It is essential that you understand that everything in the physical world is nothing more than energy.

This is what Einstein proved to us with his infamous formula, E = mc² . This means that physically speaking, there is no difference between matter and energy, since each is simply one form of the other.

When You Change Your Vibration, Everything Changes

If you are energy, then what creates your individual vibration?

While your aggregate vibration is influenced by a number of different factors, the most important elements to consider are your thoughts, your beliefs, and your emotions.

How you think, what you believe, and how you feel are the three most important indicators that tell you what your vibration is. They are also the three points you can consciously use to develop control over your vibration.

To put it simply: the better you feel, the higher your individual energy, and the faster your vibration. This means when you focus on feeling good, what you are really doing is changing your vibration to a higher state of energy.

This is the crux of empowerment. You can learn to train yourself to be happy, all of the time, so that your vibration attracts positive experiences to you. 

The Master Key System tell us everything around you exists in a state of vibration.

If you and everything around you exists in a state of vibration, it follows logically that as you move through your day-to-day life, you do not actually experience an objective physical world. You experience a vibrational aggregate, which only exists at that one, very specific level of vibration.

If you change your vibration, everything you experience will change. Most of the time, we do not notice this change because we stay within the same range of vibration, oscillating back and forth between good and bad moods, all while remaining mostly stagnant.

If, however, you determine to take control of your thoughts, beliefs, and emotions, you can change your vibration instantly, and begin to experience a new world.

Chances are, this idea will sound fanciful, until you begin to experience it for yourself. Notice the synchronicity in the world around you, and what how your experiences correlate to your thoughts, beliefs, and emotions.  Observing your role in this way is the beginning of conscious manifestation.

TRUTH and Law of Mind

When you come to know that every form of disease, sickness, lack, and limitation are simply the result of wrong thinking, you will have come to know “the Truth which shall make you free.”

The whole range then of the theory and practice of any system of metaphysics consists in knowing the Truth concerning yourself and the world in which you live.

In knowing that in order to express harmony, you must think harmony. In order to express health, you must think health; and in order to express abundance you must think abundance; to do this you must reverse the evidence of the senses. 

You will see how mountains may be removed. If these mountains consist only of doubt, fear, distrust, or other forms of discouragement, they are none the less real, and they need not only to be removed but to be “cast into the sea.”

Your real work consists in convincing yourself of the truth of these statements. When you have succeeded in doing this you will have no difficulty in thinking the truth.  Truth contains a vital principle and will manifest itself.

HEALING: Those who heal diseases by mental methods have come to know this truth. They demonstrate it in their lives and the lives of others daily.

They know that life, health, and abundance are Omnipresent, filling all space, and they know that those who allow disease or lack of any kind to manifest, have as yet not come into an understanding of this great Law of Mind.

Human beings create their experience by the activity of their thinking. This is sometimes known as the Law of Mind Action. It is usually stated: “Thoughts held in mind produce after their kind.”

Thoughts held in mind produce after their kind. In some metaphysical circles it is believed and taught that whatever thoughts we hold in our minds, with feeling, will eventually “out picture” into the manifest realm.

The bottom line for us as individuals is that the law of mind action (thoughts held in mind produce after their kind) certainly operates 100 percent of the time at the level of the mind. Whatever we think about with emotion will affect our mental state …

If we think sad thoughts, we experience sadness. If we think happy thoughts, we experience happiness. It is as simple as that! There is now proof that our minds are hardwired to our bodies; our thoughts produce chemicals in our body as a result of those thoughts.

The Master Key System tell us as all conditions are thought creations and therefore entirely mental. Disease and lack are simply mental conditions in which the person fails to perceive the truth; as soon as the error is removed, the condition is removed.

IN THE SILENCE- METHOD TO CHANGE OUR RESULTS

The method for removing this error is to go into the Silence and know the Truth. The silence is a condition in which conscious thinking and body action, or motion are stilled as much as possible to let God take over. This can be practiced at anytime, anywhere, either before or after a definite prayer or treatment period. God-Mind operates in quietness and stillness and reveals its ideas to its offspring (man) on request.

To enter the silence is not only to enter into the subconscious, but to place the mind in touch with the absolute life that constitutes the very soul of the subconscious.

We go into the silence to find inspiration, or perhaps more accurately, for inspiration to find us. We go into the silence to allow our intuition to access us.

If we ask our client a question or pose an intuitive hit that has a powerful emotional impact on them, or shakes the core of their thinking, we might find ourselves quiet for a while.

Going into the Silence of contemplation is where we fuse with our Infinite Self, our True Self, in awareness. This Self is Eternal Infinite Love.

All mind is one mind.  You can heal yourself or anyone else by going in the silence.

If you have learned to form mental images of the conditions desired in the silence, this will be the easiest and quickest way to secure results you want.

If you are not getting results in the silence, they can still be accomplished.

1. By argument or affirmations
2. By the process of convincing yourself absolutely of the truth of your statement.

This is one of the most difficult as well as most wonderful concepts to grasp….

No matter what the difficulty is, no matter where it is, no matter who is affected, you have no patient but yourself.  You have nothing to do but to convince yourself of the truth which you desire to see manifested.

This is an exact scientific statement or concept in accordance with every system of Metaphysics in existence.  No permanent results are ever secured in any other way.

Every form of concentration, forming Mental Images, Argument, and Auto-Suggestion are all simply methods by which you are enabled to realize the Truth.

• If you desire to help someone, to destroy some form of lack, limitation or error, the correct method is not to think of the person whom you wish to help. The intention to help them is entirely sufficient, as this puts you in mental touch with the person.

• Then drive out of your own mind any belief of lack, limitation, disease, danger, difficulty or whatever the trouble might be. As soon as you have succeeded is doing this the result will have been accomplished, and the person will be free.

Remember that thought is creative and consequently every time you allow your thought to rest on any inharmonious condition, you must realize that such conditions are apparent only, they have no reality, that spirit is the only reality, and it can never be less than perfect.

TRUTH, THOUGHT AND VIBRATION

All thought is a form of energy, a rate of vibration, but a thought of the Truth is the highest rate of vibration known and consequently destroys every form of error in exactly the same way that light destroys darkness. No form of error can exist when the “Truth” appears. Your entire mental work consists in coming into an understanding of the Truth. This will enable you to overcome every form of lack, limitation, or disease of any kind.

We can get no understanding of the truth from the world without; the world without is relative only; Truth is absolute. We must therefore find it in the “world within.”

To train the mind to see Truth only is to express true conditions only.

Our ability to do this will be an indication as to the progress we are making.

The absolute truth is that the “I” is perfect and complete. The real “I” is spiritual and can therefore never be less than perfect. It can never have any lack, limitation, or disease.

The flash of genius does not have origin in the molecular motion of the brain. It is inspired by the ego, the spiritual “I” which is one with the Universal Mind. It is our ability to recognize this Unity, which is the cause of all inspiration, all genius.

These results are far reaching and have effect upon generations yet to come. They are the pillars of fire which mark the path that millions follow.

Truth is not the result of logical training or of experimentation, or even of observation; it is the product of a developed consciousness.

Truth within a Caesar, manifests in a Caesar’s deportment, in his life and his action; his influence upon social forms and progress.

Your life and your actions and your influence in the world will depend upon the degree of truth which you are enabled to perceive, for truth will not manifest in creeds, but in conduct.

Truth manifests in character, and the character of a man, should be the interpretation of his religion, or what to him is truth, and this will in turn be evidenced in the character of his possession.

If a man complains of the drift of his fortune he is just as unjust to himself as if he should deny rational truth, though it stands patent and irrefutable.

Our environment and the innumerable circumstances and accidents of our lives already exist in the subconscious personality which attracts to itself the mental and physical material which is congenial to its nature.

Thus, our future being is determined from our present, and if there should be apparent injustice in any feature or phase of our personal life, we must look within for the cause, try to discover the mental fact which is responsible for the outward manifestation.

It is this truth which makes you “free” and it is the conscious knowledge of this truth which will enable you to overcome every difficulty.

The conditions with which you meet in the world without are invariably the result of the conditions obtaining in the world within.  Therefore, it follows with scientific accuracy that by holding the perfect ideal in mind you can bring about ideal conditions in your environment.

If you see only the incomplete, the imperfect, the relative, the limited, these conditions will manifest in your life.

If you train your mind to see and realize the spiritual ego, the “I” which is forever perfect and complete, harmonious; wholesome, and healthful conditions only will be manifested.

As thought is creative, and the truth is the highest and most perfect thought which anyone can think, it is self-evident that to think the truth is to create that which is true, and it is again evident that when truth comes into being that which is false must cease to be.

THE SPIRITUAL MIND

The Master Key System tell us the Universal Mind is the totality of all mind which is in existence. Spirit is Mind because spirit is intelligent. The words are, therefore, synonymous.

The difficulty with which you have to contend is to realize that mind is not individual. It is omnipresent. It exists everywhere. In other words, there is no place where it is not. It is, therefore, Universal.

Men have, heretofore, generally used the word “God” to indicate this Universal, creative principle; but the word “God” does not convey the right meaning.

Most people understand this word to mean something outside of themselves, while exactly the contrary is the fact.  It is our very life. Without it we would be dead. We would cease to exist.

The minute the spirit leaves the body, we are as nothing. Therefore, spirit is really, all there is of us.

Now, the only activity which the spirit possesses is the power to think. Therefore, thought must be creative because spirit is creative.

This creative power is impersonal and your ability to think is your ability to control it and make use of it for the benefit of yourself and others.

When the truth of this statement is realized, understood, and appreciated, you will have come into possession of the Master-Key. Remember that only those who are wise enough to understand, broad enough to weigh the evidence, firm enough to follow their own judgment, and strong enough to make the sacrifice exacted, may enter, and partake.

MKE WEEKLY EXEERCISE

This week, the Master Key System tell us try to realize that this is truly a wonderful world in which we live. That you are a wonderful being. That many are awakening to a knowledge of the Truth.

As fast as they awake and come into a knowledge of the “things which have been prepared for them,” They, too, realize that “Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither hath it entered into the heart of man.” The splendors which exist for those who find themselves in the Promised Land.

They have crossed the river of judgment and have arrived at the point of discrimination between the true and the false and have found that all they ever willed or dreamed, was but a faint concept of the dazzling reality.

According to Sonam Sheth , Madison Hoff , Marguerite Ward , and Taylor Tyson of Insider, Men have earned more than women since 1979, the first year with available data.

Equal Pay Day reflects how many extra days women have to work to earn what men did in the previous year. This year’s Equal Pay Day falls on March 24. The Census Bureau wrote in a recent post that this is “earlier than it’s ever been since its inception in 1996,” suggesting a modest shrinking of the gender pay gap. 

Over half a century after the US passed the Equal Pay Act, American women still face a substantial gender wage gap across the spectrum. The Institute for Women’s Policy Research estimates that equal pay will not be reached until 2059.

Based on weekly earnings data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the gap has narrowed over time.

In the first quarter of 1979, median weekly earnings for men age 16 and over working full time was $408, compared to $251 for women. That is, women’s weekly earnings were 61.5% of men’s weekly earnings. There has been some progress over the years, and in the third quarter of 2020 women’s weekly earnings were 81.7% of men’s weekly earnings.

Overall, women who were full-time, year-round employees made 82.3 cents for every dollar men made in 2019, based on median earning data from the Census Current Population Survey. That means women are paid 17.7% less than men, earning $10,157 less than men.

The gender wage gap varies widely by state.

According to American Community Survey data from the US Census Bureau, the gender pay gap in the United States in 2019 was around 19%. This means that a woman who is at least 16 years old, working a full-time, year-round job, and who is part of the civilian employed population makes 81% as much as her male counterpart earns.

The pay gap varies, however, by state.

In Wyoming, for instance, the gender pay gap is 36.6%, the biggest wage gap in the nation based on those who are part of the “full-time, year-round civilian employed population 16 years and over with earnings” population. That is, median earnings of women who in this state make 63.4% of what men earn. In 33 states, the gender pay gap is larger than the national average.

Most states have implemented laws against gender discrimination, and the 1964 Civil Rights Act protects women at the federal level, yet disparities persist.

Vermont had the smallest pay gap in 2019 at 9%, with full-time, year-round women who are at least 16 and part of the civilian employed population making a median salary of $46,641, while men made $51,241.

Major cities show an even bigger discrepancy.

Around the US, salaries in large cities show an even greater range of pay discrepancy between men and women.

The American Association of University Women, a nonprofit that advocates for gender equality, examined how much women earn compared to men in 25 major metro areas using 2019 US Census data from the American Community Survey.

Out of the 25 cities, the narrowest gender wage gap overall is in Los Angeles, where women make approximately 90.6% of the median earnings for men, a pay gap of 9.4%. Detroit had the widest wage gap: Women’s median earnings of $44,486 in this city is 73.8% of men’s earnings of $60,278. That translates to a pay gap of 26.2%.

Overall, Black and Hispanic women face the biggest pay gap when comparing earnings to non-Hispanic white men.

Black and Hispanic women are most affected by the wage gap, especially when compared to non-Hispanic white men, who make up the largest demographic segment of the workforce.

We looked at the wage gap for different racial and ethnic groups using median earnings data for full-time, year-round workers from the US Census Bureau’s 2019 1-year American Community Survey.

Asian women face the smallest wage gap — they earn 91.4% of what non-Hispanic white men earned, resulting in a pay gap of just 8.5%. Non-Hispanic white women earn 78.1% of what non-Hispanic white men do, while Black women earn 61.1%. Hispanic women earn 53%, or a pay gap of 47%.

When compared to Black men, Black women earn 90.7% of what men earn, and Hispanic women make 80.6% of what Hispanic men do.

The larger disparity between non-Hispanic white men’s and women of color’s earnings could be attributed to the fact that “women of color suffer both because of their gender and their race,” according to an April 2016 report released by the Senate Joint Economic Committee’s Democratic Staff.

Another way of looking at that gap for women of different racial and ethnic groups is to consider when “equal pay day” for each group falls.

Equal Pay Days further vary by race and ethnicity, in line with the pay discrepancies between non-Hispanic white men and women of different races and ethnicities.  

The above calendar graphic shows how many days into the next year a woman has to work in order to earn what a non-Hispanic white man would have earned in the previous year, using estimates from the American Association of University Women.

For example, a typical full-time, year-round employed Black female worker starting on January 1, 2020, would have finally earned on August 3, 2021, what a similarly employed non-Hispanic white male worker would have made over the course of 2020 alone. That means Black women have to work around seven extra months to earn the same as non-Hispanic men earned in a single year in 2020.

It takes full-time, year-round employed Asian American or Pacific Islander (AAPI) women the shortest time to make what non-Hispanic white men would have made the year before. It would take a female Asian American or Pacific Islander worker over two extra months in 2021, or until March 9, to earn what a non-Hispanic white man earned the year before.

However, pay gaps for Asian women vary further. Although AAPI women make 85 cents for every dollar non-Hispanic white men make, an analysis from the Center for American Progress finds Burmese woman makes just 52 cents for every dollar the median non-Hispanic white man makes, for instance.

Women with children gain no salary boost, while men with children are rewarded.

In 2015, women with children were earning roughly the same as women without children, $727 and $726 respectively. However, working fathers with children earned about $141 more than a men without children. 

That gap has slowly been closing since then, as 2019 data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics show that women with children now make slightly more than women without kids under 18 at home.

Men with children see an earnings boost, and the difference between their weekly take-home pay was typically $189 higher than their counterparts without kids in 2019.

For working women, the difference in earnings between women with and without children is minimal. Working mothers only made $30 compared to other working women in 2019.

While this disparity can be attributed to differences in careers and work hours between men and women who have children and those who do not, a 2016 report released by the Senate Joint Economic Committee Democratic Staff says that there is also a difference in how working mothers and fathers are perceived by management.

According to the report, some employers may view motherhood as a “signal of lower levels of commitment and professional competence.” Working fathers, on the other hand, may be viewed as having “increased work commitment and stability.”

Women’s earnings are lower than men’s over the course of a lifetime.

The gender pay gap exists for workers across a lifetime.

Using Census data from the Minnesota Population Center’s IPUMS program, we found that the median full-time, year-round male worker earns more than his female counterpart at every year of age.

The gap is narrower for younger workers, with the median 25-year-old woman earning about 91.1% of the median 25-year-old man. Meanwhile, the median 50-year-old woman earns just 76.9% of her 50-year-old male counterpart.

Women over the age of 75 are almost twice as likely to live in poverty, according to the Senate report. Many women that age didn’t work when they were younger, so they have fewer sources of retirement income than men their age.

In 1950, about 34% of American women were in the labor force, compared to about 86% of men, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. By 1980, the numbers were 52% and 77% respectively — and the numbers have largely plateaued since then.

Before the pandemic, the labor force participation rate for women was around 58% in February 2020 and around 56% in February 2021. The labor force participation rate for men was about 69% in February 2020 and about 67% in February 2021.

The number of women promoted to the highest levels within companies reveals unconscious biases.

Very few women are CEOs of major corporations, or in the C-level suite of executives running corporate America.

Data from a study put together by McKinsey & Co. and Lean In show how men are promoted up, while women fall by the wayside. Based on the latest report, only one in five C-level executives were women. Women of color are furthermore underrepresented at the executive level, making up less than 1 in 30 in the C-suite.

A recent IBM report also finds little change between leadership representation in 2019 and 2021. Based on the survey covering 10 industries from nine different regions, women made up just 10% of C-suite and 8% of executive board positions in 2019 and 2021.

The latest McKinsey report suggested that more women are working in senior positions, but it is still hard for women to move up from entry-level jobs into higher roles. “For every 100 men promoted to manager, only 85 women were promoted,” the report said, which affects the number of women being promoted to higher positions in the corporate pipeline.

However, women consistently ask for promotions and raises more. One of the reasons for the disparity between women asking for promotions and actually getting them was because when women negotiate, people like them less for it, according to a previous McKinsey study, covered by Insider, found.

Harvard Business Review found in its research that women ask for raises just as much as men, but men are more “successful” with their requests, with a success rate of 15% for women and 20% for men.
